OUR CHURCH

Sacred Heart Parish was founded by the Glenmary Home Missioners in 1955. Our church building was completed in 1960. We are a multicultural community worshiping in Burke County, Georgia, located approximately 25 miles south of Augusta. 

Our church family is made up of all ages from all walks of life: teachers & students, business owners & their employees, medical professionals & office workers, farmers & factory workers. The young and not-as-young gather to share our lives and to deepen their faith as we spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our world.
